Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions related to secondary vocational education.
The instructions to the Government concern the introduction of a monthly monetary incentive for teachers at vocational training facilities who are engaged in academic counseling in addition to training; the application of an investment tax deduction when taxpayers donate money to upgrade facilities and equipment at vocational training institutions; and the creation of an integrated open electronic resource for publishing and updating textbooks, teaching guides and other educational materials related to vocational training.
Separate instructions have been given to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and the WorldSkills Russia agency.
