Vladimir Putin approved the updated makeup of the Management Personnel Pool under President of Russia’s patronage.
The presidential talent pool consists of 140 individuals, including representatives from federal and regional government agencies, local government agencies and other organisations. For the first time, the presidential talent pool included representatives from the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol.
Over the course of 2015, many individuals in the talent pool received promotions. These include the heads of Amur and Tambov regions, the heads of departments within the Government Executive Office, deputy federal ministers, and deputy heads of Russian federal constituent entities.
