The President signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on the Establishment of the Joint Regional Air Defence System of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Agreement was signed in Dushanbe on April 27, 2021.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Parties establish a Joint Regional Air Defence System of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan, which is an integral part of the unified air defence system of the CIS member states, to improve the efficiency of achieving air defence goals in the region.
