The President signed the Executive Order On Additional Social Guarantees to Military Service Members, Persons Serving in the Russian National Guard and Their Families.
The Executive Order was signed to provide additional social support measures to service personnel and officers of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
According to the Executive Order, in the event of death or injury of a participant of the special operation on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and Ukraine, as well as the Syrian Arab Republic, in their line of duty, members of their families will receive one-time benefits. Such benefits will also be paid in the event of injury, post-concussion syndrome, trauma or disability sustained during the operation by members of the military service and officers of the Russian National Guard.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to finance the costs related to fulfilling this Executive Order as prescribed.
