In accordance with item 2 of Executive Order No. 520 of the President of the Russian Federation On Imposing Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations of August 5, 2022, the President issued an instruction endorsing a list of Russian lending institutions that are banned from making transactions involving equities and shares (deposits) that are part of their authorised capital.
