The President signed Executive Order On Amendments to the Regulations on the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation and the Composition of the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, as approved by Executive Order of the President of the Russian Federation No. 691 dated August 13, 2024.
In particular, in accordance with the Executive Order, the Chairman of the Maritime Board is mandated to establish a Maritime Board Presidium from among the Board’s current members, with the objective of addressing operational matters pertinent to the execution of the Board’s responsibilities and functions. The Chair of the Maritime Board shall preside over its Presidium.
