Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law on Science and State Policy in Science and Technology.
The Federal Law determines the foundations of state support of innovative activities, including the objectives, principles, subjects, forms, and other aspects of such support.
The law outlines the details of implementing control measures as regards purpose-oriented use of budgetary funds allotted for financing innovative activities, as well as assessing the efficient use of such funds.
