Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Article 15.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 3.5 and 15.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
The laws have been introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation in order to bring the provisions of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences in conformity with the Russian currency legislation.
The amendments regulate the liability for violations of the procedure and timeframe for submitting the accounts and documentation pertaining to foreign exchange transactions.
