Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following an audit of spending by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on acquisition, construction and renovation of administrative buildings in 2012–2014.
The Government of the Russian Federation is instructed to submit proposals on amending Russian legislation. The amendments concern reducing the prices of contracts entered into by state and municipal buyers and public institutions.
The Construction and Housing and Utilities Ministry, jointly with the Labour and Social Protection Ministry, is instructed to set the floor space limits for the Russian Pension Fund’s administrative buildings, and update the database of the most economically efficient projects for such buildings.
