Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Avoiding Double Taxation and Preventing Income and Capital Tax Evasion signed on June 28, 1993.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on November 6, 2020.
Its provisions determines a taxation procedure for interest income and dividend income at the rate of up to 15 percent.
