The President approved a list of instructions following the meeting on socioeconomic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal importance Sevastopol, held on March 17, 2022
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to ensure the extension of the State Programme for Socioeconomic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol until 2027, envisaging allocations from the federal budget for the purpose of co-financing its implementation. Instructions were also issued to explore the possibility of extending the State Programme for Socioeconomic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol until 2030.
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the government authorities of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal importance Sevastopol, were instructed to ensure that the general level of financing be maintained for measures to build a comfortable living environment for residents of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol in 2022 and subsequent years, by using best Russian and foreign projects and practices, and new architectural solutions as well as by taking into consideration the opinions and proposals of local residents.
Promsvyazbank was instructed to open branches in Crimea and Sevastopol, to launch promising product lines, including for individuals, and to ensure lending opportunities for companies in the agricultural, construction, tourism and other key industries for the region.
