The President signed the Order On a Special Decision on a Transaction by VK Company Limited.
Pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Presidential Executive Order No. 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, the President has authorised VK Company to perform a transaction to acquire 100 percent of shares in the authorised capital of Money.Mail.Ru LLC, a settlement non-banking lending institution, owned by P.J.V. DIGITAL FORCES LTD.
