In accordance with Paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations,” the Presidential Order has authorised the execution of transactions (operations) by RAI CAPITAL PARTNERS LIMITED that indirectly result in the establishment, modification, termination, or encumbrance of ownership, use, and/or disposal rights over shares forming the authorised capital of Ivi.ru.
