The President signed Directive On a Special Decision Regarding Transactions with Shares in the IDF Eurasia International Joint Stock Company.
Pursuant to Paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 dated August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President issued a directive to allow transactions with shares in IDF Eurasia that indirectly entail changes in the rights of possession, use and/or disposal by REKAMADO PTE. LTD. and MUTINEERS PTE. LTD. in respect of shares in the Svoi Bank joint stock company.
