Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Namibia on Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investments.
The Agreement is aimed at establishing guarantees and conditions under international law for entrepreneurial and investment activities of investors from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Namibia and is intended to encourage the promotion and further development of trade and economic cooperation between the states participating in the Agreement.
The Agreement was signed in Windhoek on June 25, 2009.
