Dmitry Medvedev signed executive order assigning the federal state budgetary cultural institution the Battle of Stalingrad State Historical and Memorial Museum the status of a particularly valuable object of Russian cultural heritage.
The executive order aims to preserve historical and cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation in connection with the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Stalingrad.
Relevant instructions have been issued to the Government of the Russian Federation and the Culture Ministry.
