Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amending Article 19 of Federal Law On Advertising and Federal Law On Cultural Heritage Sites (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law is aimed at limiting the spread of outdoor advertising at cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of peoples of the Russian Federation included on the unified state register of cultural heritage sites, as well as the territories of such cultural and historical monuments.
