Dmitry Medvedev sent his greetings to participants and guests of the 19th Slavyansky Bazar International Arts Festival in Vitebsk.
The telegram reads, in part:
”Over the years, your forum has become an outstanding and memorable cultural event and the number of participants in the festival is constantly growing. This year, about five thousand renowned masters and artists just beginning their artistic career representing 34 nations from around the world have come to the welcoming city of Vitebsk. And today, the rich, interesting programme of the Slavyansky Bazar festival attracts millions of viewers.
