Vladimir Putin congratulated Vladimir Etush, cinema and theatre actor and holder of the title National Artist of the USSR, on his birthday.
The message reads, in part:
“A former frontline soldier with a heroic life story and great endurance, you have earned the sincere respect and love of millions of people. Through the years, you have shared your youthful spirit and generous talent, amazing charm and good nature. Today, you continue to find creative outlets in your theatre, in film and in your teaching work.”
The President wished Mr Etush good health, a cheerful spirit and boundless inspiration, and congratulated him on the upcoming Victory Day.
