The 2015 Russian Federation Presidential Prize for Young Cultural Professionals and the 2014 Russian Federation Presidential Prize for writing and art for children and young people will be awarded on March 25, the professional holiday of cultural workers.
The winners of the 2015 Russian Federation Presidential Prize for Young Cultural Professionals are:
Vladislav Lavrik, musician, for his contribution to developing traditions and promoting brass music;
Yevgenia Lotsmanova, artist, for her contribution to developing the Russian art of illustration;
Yelena Cheburashkina, designer, for her contribution to developing Russian design and art education.
The winners of the 2015 Russian Federation Presidential Prize for writing and art for children and young people are:
Alexander Borodin, artistic director of Moscow’s Russian Academic Youth Theatre, for his contribution to developing Russian theatre arts;
Alexander Boyarsky, producer, Konstantin Bronzit, animated film director, Sergei Selyanov, producer, for their contribution to developing Russian animated films;
Yury Entin, poet, for his contribution to developing Russian writing for children.

The Prize for Young Cultural Professionals, which was established in 2011, is awarded to Russian citizens under 35 for creating gifted works of literature and art or implementing creative and research projects in art and culture.
The prize for writing and art for children and young people has been awarded since 2013 for creating gifted works of literature and art or implementing creative and research projects in art and culture, aimed at the civic, patriotic, ethical, cultural and esthetic education of children and young people.
Each prize has three categories, 2.5 million rubles each. The prize can be awarded either to one person or to a group of up to three people.
