Vladimir Putin conveyed his condolences on the death of outstanding musician Garry Grodberg to his widow, Natalya Grodberg.
The message reads, in part:
“Garry Grodberg is no longer with us. He was a talented musician and an outstanding representative of the Russian piano and organ school. Throughout his life, Garry Grodberg faithfully served the arts and was a genuine enthusiast and educator.”
National Artist of Russia Garry Grodberg, a prominent organist, died in Moscow on November 10, 2016, at the age of 87.
