Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants of the Ready For Victories National Education Forum that brought together volunteers and heads of the Victory Volunteers movement headquarters in small towns and villages.
The message reads, in part:
“It is important that the Victory Volunteers, with their noble humanistic ideals, attract increasingly more supporters and strengthen their creative potential. This forum is convincing proof of this fact. The forum programme is diverse and intensive, with informative lectures and discussions on a wide range of issues that the movement deals with, such as supporting war veterans, caring for military graves, and preserving the memory of heroes and glorious chapters in Russian military history. Of course, participants will enjoy meetings with outstanding and talented people who are the pride of Russia.”
The forum is held on September 4–10, 2018, in Tula Region.
