On November 10, Vladimir Putin will take part in unveiling Moscow’s first monument to Ivan Turgenev and will also visit the Turgenev House Museum, due to reopen after renovations on Ostozhenka Street. The events are timed to coincide with celebrations of the writer’s 200th birth anniversary.
