On December 15, Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting of the Council for Culture and Art at the Konstantin Palace of the Palace of Congresses State Complex.

Participants in the meeting will focus on the development and implementation of the Culture National Programme until 2024.

The President will attend a gala concert in the Grand Hall of the St Petersburg Philharmonia to honour Yury Temirkanov on his 80^th birthday, and will congratulate the conductor.
