The President approved a list of instructions following a meeting with theatre professionals held on December 13, 2018.
The instructions to the Russian Government relate to providing the Lunacharsky Sevastopol Academic Russian Drama Theatre with subsidies from the federal budget for the period of reconstruction and restoration of the theatre building starting in 2020 in order for its company to tour other Russian theatres, as well as to the stages, methods and means of achieving the targets of the Culture national project.
The Government, together with the executive authorities of Yaroslavl Region, was instructed to support the holding in 2019 of an exhibition dedicated to one of the outstanding commanders of the Great Patriotic War, Marshal Fyodor Tolbukhin (1894–1949), in his native region of Yaroslavl.
The Moscow Government was instructed to consider the installation of a monument in Moscow to People’s Artist of the USSR Mikhail Ulyanov (1927–2007).
