The President has approved a list of instructions following a meeting on the creation of cultural, educational and museum complexes in Russian regions.
The instructions to the Russian Government are related, in particular, to the creation and functioning of cultural, educational and museum complexes in Vladivostok, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo and Sevastopol, a city of federal importance, as well as the volume and sources of required financing; state support for the preservation of museum exhibits and collections during their transportation to cultural, educational and museum complexes and back.
The Government and heads of executive authorities of Primorye Territory, Kaliningrad and Kemerovo Regions and Sevastopol were instructed to approve the schedule of the construction and launching of cultural, educational and museum complexes. They are to become operational no later than December 31, 2023.
The Finance Ministry was instructed to make sure that the actual expenses correspond to the volume of construction work carried out.
