Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Marking Sergei Rakhmaninov’s 150th Birth Anniversary.
Taking into account Sergei Rakhmaninov’s outstanding contribution to Russian and world culture and in recognition of his 150th birth anniversary in 2023, the President ordered to accept the Government’s proposal with regard to the events to mark Sergei Rakhmaninov’s 150th birth anniversary in 2023.
Respective instructions were given to the Government.
