Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following his meeting with representatives of the business community held on March 26, 2020.
The Government was instructed to implement additional measures to support socially-oriented non-profit organisations that take part in activities to support citizens amid the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
Instructions to the Government also relate, in particular, to various aspects of the operations of small and medium-sized businesses; the improvement of criteria for determining whether a company is a small or a medium-sized business; tax payments and insurance premiums by small and medium-sized businesses and micro companies operating in the Russian industries that have suffered the most from the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
Instructions to the Government also concern aspects of the operation of performing arts organisations and museums in relation to the cancelling or postponing of entertainment events, as well as the development of information platforms for online education and support tools.
