Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 2021 Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.
The message reads, in part:
“Your festival is always a big, colourful and anticipated event that impresses people with its scale, solemnity and visual appeal. The event brings together some of the best performers and bands from Russia and other countries and is rightfully known for its rich programme, uniqueness and diversity of genres, as well as the performers’ skills, and, what is most important, the huge number of guests. The performances can be seen not only on Red Square but also in parks, gardens and at numerous concert venues in Moscow and Moscow Region. And, of course, the traditional charity and educational projects of the event as well as the sincere desire of the organisers to create a separate creative space for young spectators deserve great respect.”
