The President signed Executive Order On Celebrating Viktor Astafyev's 100th Birth Anniversary.
In recognition of the significant contribution Viktor Astafyev made to the development of Russian literature and in connection with the 100th anniversary of his birth in 2024, the President resolved to accept the Russian Government’s proposal to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Viktor Astafyev in 2024.
Corresponding instructions were given to the Government of the Russian Federation.
