Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Celebrating the 100th Birth Anniversary of Vasily Shukshin.
In recognition of Vasily Shukshin’s significant contribution to the development of Russian literature and cinema and in connection with his 100th birth anniversary in 2029, the President resolved to approve the proposal of the Russian Federation Government to celebrate Vasily Shukshin’s 100th birth anniversary in 2029.
Corresponding instructions have been issued to the Government of the Russian Federation.
