Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for Regulating the Activity of Natural Monopolies.
The Agreement was made between the governments of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation and signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010.
The Agreement is aimed at creating the legal framework for forming and establishing common principles and rules for regulating the work of natural monopolies in Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
