Mr Putin will take part in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Council of Heads of State in Bishkek on September 13.
The summit will examine practical steps to develop trade and economic and cultural-humanitarian ties and promote good-neighbourly relations and friendship between the SCO member countries.
Current regional and international issues will also be discussed in the context of guaranteeing regional stability and security.
