Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on Military-Technical Cooperation.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 24, 2013.
The Agreement sets out the procedures by which the parties carry out supplies of military goods, service and repair arms and military equipment, and perform other work and services in the area of military-technical cooperation.
