Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Albania Bujar Nishani on Albania’s national holiday, Flag Day.
The President said, in particular, in his telegram:
“Over the 100 years since Albania gained its sovereignty, our countries have built up substantial experience of cooperation in various areas. I hope that the relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Albania will continue to develop for the good of our peoples and in the interests of stability and security in Europe.”
