The President signed Federal Law On Amending Federal Law On Military Technology Cooperation Between the Russian Federation and Foreign States.
The Federal Law establishes the concept of “managing companies of integrated structures” and grants such companies the right to carry out foreign trade activities with regard to military products under the condition that no less than 51 percent of its shares are under federal ownership and/or the ownership of the Rostec state corporation, while the remaining shares are owned by Russian citizens and legal entities.
