Vladimir Putin expressed his deep condolences to Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Theresa May over the tragic consequences of the terrorist attack at the Manchester stadium.
“We strongly condemn this cynical and heinous crime. We expect that its masterminds will not be able to avoid the punishment they deserve,” the President of Russia stressed in his message of condolences.
The Russian leader confirmed his dedication to building up antiterrorist cooperation with the British partners, both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of broader international efforts.
Vladimir Putin conveyed words of sympathy and support to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured.
