Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 5 and 17 of the Federal Law On the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals in the Russian Federation.
The amendments concern the period of stay in the Russian Federation for foreign nationals enrolled in foundation courses at federal state educational institutions until the completion of their main study programme that has state accreditation.
