The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Financing and Implementing the Russia – South-East Finland Cross-Border Cooperation Programme in 2014–2020.
The agreement was signed in Moscow on December 29, 2016.
The agreement envisages that the cross-border cooperation programme shall be implemented in accordance with the principle of joint management, the provisions of the agreement, the laws of the Parties, the provisions of the joint programme document and the document describing the programme management and oversight system.
