On December 9, Vladimir Putin will arrive in Paris, France, on a working visit to take part in the Normandy format summit – Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine.
The leaders will discuss steps to ensure the consistent implementation of the Minsk agreements of February 12, 2015 to resolve the internal Ukrainian conflict.
Vladimir Putin will also have bilateral meetings with Emmanuel Macron, Vladimir Zelensky and Angela Merkel.
