The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the European Convention on the Abolition of Legalisation of Documents Executed by Diplomatic Agents or Consular Officers.
The Russian Federation signed the European Convention on the Abolition of Legalisation of Documents Executed by Diplomatic Agents or Consular Officers in Strasbourg on January 22, 2016.
The Convention applies to documents which have been executed by diplomatic agents or consular officers of a Contracting Party, acting in their official capacity and exercising their functions in the territory of any state.
