King of Jordan Abdullah II: (as translated from Russian): Mr President!
I know that you are very busy, so thank you for taking the time to meet with me. I would take this opportunity to congratulate you once again on your election as President of Russia.
We met several months ago and I now want to reiterate my confidence that under your wise leadership the cooperation between our countries will reach a new level.
President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev: Thank you, Your Majesty. I'm also very happy to be able to meet with you.
Our meeting today is connected with our trip to Kazakhstan to see our good friends, but this will not prevent us from exchanging ideas on how to develop our relations, on what has been done and remains to be done in our trade and economic cooperation, and in terms of foreign policy coordination.
Although we have seen each other recently, we always have something to discuss.
Abdullah II: Thank you very much.
I very much hope that in the near future I will be able to make an official visit to your country. Our bilateral relations are already excellent and I am sure that in the coming months we will be able to do even more in this regard.
Dmitry Medvedev: We will always be happy to see you, Your Majesty, and look forward to seeing you in Moscow.
