Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Treaty between Russia and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases.
The Treaty was signed in Moscow and Hong Kong on September 21, 2021.
The Treaty establishes that the Parties shall provide each other with mutual legal assistance in investigations, court proceedings and other procedural actions related to criminal cases.
