The President signed the Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China on Air Transport.
The Agreement was signed on January 22, 1999, in Hong Kong, and sets forth the principles of airline operation, aviation security matters, and exempts from tariffs, fees and charges on transport operations, as well as from double taxation.
