Vladimir Putin sent greetings to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov on the 25th anniversary of the Declaration on Eternal Friendship, Alliance and Partnership between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
The message reads, in part:
“The 2000 Declaration marked the beginning of the modern stage of interstate relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The signing of this important document created the conditions for a qualitative enhancement of bilateral dialogue and cooperation in key areas.
I am confident that through our joint efforts, we will ensure the continued dynamic development of Russian-Kyrgyz relations, as well as constructive collaboration within the EAEU, the CSTO, the CIS, the SCO, and other multilateral structures. This undoubtedly serves the fundamental interests of our friendly peoples and contributes to ensuring security, stability, and prosperity across the Eurasian space.”
