President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith is on an official visit in Russia.
The two leaders are to discuss current issues pertaining to the cooperation between Russia and Laos in trade, economy, and cultural and humanitarian affairs, and exchange views on pressing regional and international matters.
Following the talks, a number of bilateral agreements will be signed.
