Dmitry Medvedev sent a telegram of condolences to President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Joseph Kabila Kabanga following a deadly oil tanker blast.
The message reads, in part:
“I offer you my sincere condolences over this tragedy, which has taken the lives of more than 200 citizens of your country. At this difficult time I ask you to pass on my words of sympathy and support to the families of those killed and injured.”
