Benjamin Netanyahu expressed sincere gratitude for the emergency assistance offered by Russia to fight wildfires blazing across Israel.
Dmitry Medvedev expressed deep condolences for the victims of the natural disaster and sympathy to the injured.
In response to Mr Netanyahu’s appeal, the Russian side confirmed its readiness to continue providing the necessary assistance.
The conversation was initiated by the Israeli side.
