Vladimir Putin and Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands opened the Year of Russia in the Netherlands and Year of the Netherlands in Russia. The opening ceremony took place at the Hermitage on the Amstel Museum.

Vladimir Putin has completed a two-day working visit to Germany.

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.

Vladimir Putin met with President of Yemen Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi.

Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the Day of Unity between the Peoples of Russia and Belarus.

Vladimir Putin will hold talks on April 2, 2013 with President of the Republic of Yemen Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, who will be in Russia on an official visit.

Vladimir Putin and Mohamed Morsi discussed current issues in Russian-Egyptian cooperation.

Vladimir Putin took part in the fifth BRICS summit. The summit’s theme is BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Development, Integration and Industrialisation.

Vladimir Putin met with Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh. The leaders exchanged views on current issues in bilateral relations and global problems.
