On the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosneft oil company has signed several cooperation agreements, in particular with Eni SpA and Statoil.
The agreement with Eni SpA provides for the establishment of joint ventures on Russian shelf projects. The agreement with Statoil stipulates joint participation in tenders for licenses in the Norwegian part of the Barents Sea and joint technical assessment of the development of hard-to-recover reserves in Russia.
In addition, Rosneft has signed a partnership agreement in the framework of significant socioeconomic projects in the Moscow Region and in the Urals Federal District, as well as a strategic cooperation agreement with VTB Bank.
